How to pump while breastfeeding?

I need help!!
I’ve been trying to pump after Each feeding, but when I do that, my baby gets fussy like she’s not getting any milk so I feel like I’m pumping all my milk out of me.
How do y’all pump and still feed? 
Also my left breast will not pump nearly as much as my right.. any reason why?

Alternate sides every feeding. And pump from the side baby didn’t eat on. You can even pump while feeding. (Saves time)

I usually pump while he sleep its the best way for me. And are you hearing your baby swallow while eating? And are they on for a good while? My baby gets full at 30-45 mins
