When to schedule Doctor visit?

I just got out BFP few days ago. According to this app I am 3weeks 5days pregnant. My PCP is out of the country for a week....
Question:
1. DO I FIND AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A OBGYN? 
2.DOES MY PCP HAVE TO REFER ME?
3. WHEN DO YOU SEE THE OBGYN AND WHEN CAN YOU DO A LAB TEST TO BE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU ARE PREGNANT?

When i was pregnant i had a confirmation visit at 6 weeks then regular prenatal checkups starting at 12 weeks. Any dr can do a urine or blood confirmation and then see if they have an ob to recommend

Congrats! Unless you are military, you should be able to find an obgyn on your own without having to be referred. If you have health insurance, you can call or go online to see a list of in-network obgyn clinics to choose from. Most obgyn doctors will do a blood or urine test after a missed period, but every clinic is different. Good luck!

Call your doc. Most want you to see an in between 6-8 weeks. If you already have an on in mind call them and see what they recommend. They may do things differently. Congrats!
