Need helppp

The last couple of days discharge has become watery and increased in amount, sometimes looking a bit mucus like, had a tiny tiny amount of blood today, absolutely exhausted, baby isn’t moving as much as she usually would, sorry for detail but poo’s are runny and have had backache constantly. Getting contractions more frequently now but that’s just braxton hicks I’m assuming.

Seeing midwife in the morning but does anyone know if there is anything to worry about or if it’s signs of labour coming on soon, I’m probs just overthinking everything as per😂😂
