Miscarrying again

Well I’m experiencing my fourth loss in under 2 years my hcg levels were going up and suddenly stopped I was 7 weeks and found out in the midst of my kids showing their hogs at the county fair it was a bitter sweet week!! The process started Sunday and I just can’t get out of this funk I’m in everywhere I look someone is pregnant my best friend is another friend is getting a new baby from a family member!! I’m just so saddened and just wanna know why this is happening!!:(
