Short of breath

Anyone else get really short of breath at 4-5 weeks? I’m 5 weeks tomorrow and for the last maybe 3-5 days I’ve been so short of breath after I do literally anything. If I get off the bed, I can’t breath. I lift something, i can’t breath. I’ve noticed my heart is beating faster than normal as well and tonight I’ve been so shaky. I’m going to call my ob tomorrow but has anyone been through something like this? Should I be worried?
