Could this be implantation bleeding?! HELP!

My period is late by 10 days (I’ve taken 3 pregnancy tests- the first 1 was a vvvvvery faint positive and the other 2 were very clear negatives) and I’ve had extremely, extremely light spotting the last 2 days (like you could barely even call it spotting it’s so light) and when drying my lady bits after my shower this wiped off onto my towel. Is this normal? What do you ladies think is going on?
