Too Painful to pick up your legs??

I was wondering have any other expectant mothers had so much pain in their vaginal area while pregnant during their final trimester that they couldn’t even pick up their legs to walk, fix your shoe or even climb in bed because even trying would cause so much pain.

My gf has this with her pregnancy! And it started at 16 weeks for her! Her ligaments were so loose it causes her pubic bone to start to separate early. She was advised to do yoga to help strengthen her muscles to help hold everything together and she said this helped her a lot. She also wasn’t allowed to put pants on without sitting down first and be careful with going up or down the stairs. The weight on one leg or another was very painful for her. She found that if she tightened her muscles as much as she could she could do the stairs with less or no pain.  She also got a belly band that was more for over her hips and it helped hold things together.
