How do I ignore people telling me baby daddy sleeping around.

I live in a small town near lake Havasu AZ, so everyone knows everyone and people I know are always telling me oh your ex is sleeping with his co workers oh your baby daddy is sleeping around. It’s gets me upset because I haven’t done anything in 10 months since I left him, and he gets to sleep around while I’m home 24/7 raising his kid and going to rn school. Must be nice we don’t talk because he treated me bad. How do I not get jealous hearing my ex gets to have fun sleeping around and I can’t :( sounds dumb but I can’t help it but get jealous. I haven’t even had a freaking date. I’ve tried and no ones interested. So I get jealous hearing these things. :(
