baby food

so we got the go ahead to start on baby cereal and then move on to stage 1 baby food. baby is over 4 months and has two teeth now. he is obsessed with watching us eat 😂

I know you start with stage 1 food for a few before trying another.

so my question how many times a day do you give a jar of food? one jar a day? 1/2 jar? every feeding? breakfast,lunch, dinner?

we briefly went over it at our appointment but baby was making all kinds of noises and it was hard to remember what questions I needed to ask.
