potty training a 11 month old?

after my son poops in his diaper, he immediately takes it off. he's only 11 months old, clearly he doesn't like the feeling of poop on his butt. LOL anyways I was wondering is it too early to potty train him. he seems to understand that he wants to diaper off. should I put him on the toilet? if yes, how should I go about the process since he's so young. I know so moms do sticker charts or even a couple M&M;'s every time their Toddler goes potty. how do I communicate learning to potty with him. any ideas? any awards system ideas? do you guys think you understand?
