Reproductive Endocrinologist and TTC#2

So after multiple irregular cycles (no ovulating for 8 months--except for last month) and doctors appointments I finally met with the reproductive endocrinologist. Apparently my uterus and ovaries look good. She couldn't definitively say I have PCOS since I'm on the cusp (the irregular cycles are the start). She did say I have a follicle on the move from my left ovary and I should ovulate in 4-6 days based on the size. If I don't get pregnant this cycle then she's starting me on Letrozole. I wish I had more answers but I'm so excited to hear it looks like I'm ovulating this month! Fingers crossed and baby dust to all!
