Major Baby Fever

I’m getting so depressed that I’m not pregnant yet everyone around me is pregnant and I’m tired of just not being pregnant. My period is due tomorrow and I just wish it won’t come I’ve had so many pt that have the faintest line but everyone is saying here’s all Evaps which make me confused and think how can they all be like that? I did a blood test and the doctor said negative and I got so sad! What does it take! Plus no opks work for me they’re always either high or almost positive for like weeks sorry for my ranting I’m just frustrated
