Bruise on my belly! *SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO***

I was at work and hit a Metal corner (corner of the metal counter) that was about 2 hours ago and it hurt pretty badly and now my stomach is sore. I’ve been having Braxton Hicks since should I be worried?! Should I call labor and delivery?!!
