Back ache
Hey! So I’m 9w+5 and i have HORRIBLE lower back aches to the point i can’t even bend over . I have had back problems for over 4 years but nothing this bad 😢 i work with kids and want to continue to play with them but oh my god I’m in pain..
is this normal ?
