Is cramping normal?

I’m 25 weeks and was cramping all day yesterday and now cramping today is this normal? I haven’t bled but noticed my little girl isn’t as active as normal is this normal?

Cramping is normally due to dehydration. Try chugging a couple glasses of water and see how you feel. That will probably get your little one moving too. But movement can be inconsistent until 28w so I wouldn’t worry about that
