Intense back spasms
I’m 36 weeks pregnant with my 4th and I keep getting random, super intense back spasms. I was just woken up with it a little while ago. They eventually stop. I’ve never had this with my others. I’m already getting plenty of BH but no obvious labor. I’m sure someone else has had this before. Is it jut back spasms or is it bh and an indication that I’m going to have back labor?
