First lobe ear piercing not healing

It’s been 8 months and my first lobe piercing has not frickin healed (I got it done with a needle, not a gun btw and I also did not go to Claire’s). They said it would take 6 weeks?? At first I was cleaning it on the reg. but then ran out of cleaner so for a while I wasn’t cuz I kept forgetting to buy some more. But for the past few months I got back to cleaning, but whenever I pull my earrings out to change them, sometimes there will b either white or green/ yellowish Brown gook on it.

Also a few months back one of my earrings fell out over night and the back of my ear closed up so I had to re pierce it, so I don’t want to take my earrings out for more than like 5-10 mins, and I haven’t except for that.

What does this mean?

Am I doing something wrong?

Is this normal?

Or maybe does my body take longer to heal or something???
