Could I be?

I am 8 or 9dpo and on 3or4dpo I experienced quite bad cramping for about 3 days. Now my breast are sore and yesterday I was feeling a little sick. I’m not due AF until Saturday but took a test this morning and it was negative. 
I read that after implantation you should get a positive test after about 48hours. Does this mean I’m out?

I did a pregnancy test at 9DPO with FMU and i got a BFN i am due on AF friday so i was very dissapointed i should’ve waited until my missed period so definetly i will say wait until you miss your period then you will know for sure!I have the same symptoms like you even a few extra but for some readon now they starting to go away so i don’t know what to beleive anymore

In my opinion you tested a bit too early. You could wait until missed af and try testing again. This app makes it seem like everybody gets a positive at 8-9 dpo but it's not at all uncommon to get a positive later. It takes between 6 and 12 days for the egg to implant. Don't get discouraged yet!
