Recovery After Diagnostic Laparoscopy!

3 days ago I had the surgery & I haven’t had a bowel movement yet is this normal ?

Also on day 1 I was sleeping on my back with no problems and then I started sleeping on my left side with a pillow and now I’m having some slight pain in the middle of my stomach ..

I’m curious to know if this is what other experienced ?

my doctors instructions are not clear to me and her office is currently closed so I can’t call to confirm some things. If anyone can share what they went through after their diagnostic laparoscopy surgery that would be great

Also she removed my left ovarian cyst, cut out early sign of endometriosis, and flushed my tubes 🤗❤️
