B.C. Pills After IUD

Well on 07/01 I had the mirena removed, started levonor that same afternoon, but I been feeling queezy and nauseated for these past couple days, and just not myself, I had a period two days after mirena being removed, that lasted 1 week n a half. Is there any chance that I could be pregnant ? I took a test but it looked like a faint positive not sure, I'm going to test in another week or so..
