Healthy savory foods?
Sooo I’m the kind of person who craves salty foods, not really into sweets.
But of course, all of the salty things I’m used to from my childhood are not particularly good for you. Goldfish crackers, Cheez its, plain Lays potato chips etc.
Obviously I know we’re supposed to be eating healthier when TTC. Does anyone have any suggestions for salty foods that are better for you?
Our daughters love dried seaweed but I can’t stand it! And I looooove those freeze dried snap pea crisps, which seems like they would be healthier, but I feel like I’m just fooling myself into thinking that haha.
