It’s a spider bite, same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. If u can get Benadryl cream rub some on it and cover with a bandage or bandaid. It will go away in a few days.

I'd suggest that you use a marker to draw a circle around the area and keep an eye on it. If it gets more painful, redder, grows in area, or you get a fever, head straight to urgent care. If it start to subside, you're probably okay.

Thanks all I’m in the UK and it just appeared yesterday mid morning and just got bigger and bigger I’ve taken pictures of it to show it’s gotten bigger since yesterday

Im not sure where you live but I’d maybe call a doctor / hospital and ask advice. (If In UK call 111) They’ll be able to symptom check you on the phone and tell you if you need urgent care. Take your temp also and see if you have a fever. If you do straight to emergency room!
