Seriously DEPRESSED! NEED HELP!

Hey ladies, so last year around July I gave birth C-section and after my baby was born I was determining to lose the weight. I’m actually bigger than I was before I gave birth and I’ve been struggling to lose weight. After the c-section I started to work out like ..6 months later, my core is super weak for a sip up. I have muscles spasms and it feels like I pulled a Charlie Horse 😩. I tried to eat right and do walking. I heard about the Keto diet but I’m not sure about it . I increased my water intake and don’t over eat anymore. I’m currently 200 pounds and the weight just ain’t dropped neither is the stomach fat! I don’t have any confidence anymore and loosing hope. Any ideas and advice, tips??? How did you c-section mommies lose your belly weight after a c-section!
