Poo Factory is OOC

WHAT the HECK!? Does constipation last the entire pregnancy? I have never wanted to 💩 so bad in my entire life!

Probably TMI but it’s a struggle and i don’t go in for my 1st Ultrasound until 8.22 and all i can think about it how much i want and need to POOOOOOOOOOOOOP! Fruit doesn’t seem to be helping, i can’t stomach much else and i don’t want to take a laxative and possibly get dehydrated.

Anything suggestions? 😓 I’ve never been pregnant before.
