Ectopic

I'm sorry if you've went through this before, but I could really use a friend right now.

I brought myself to the ER yesterday afternoon because I was feeling very crampy. The doctor told me my hCG levels are only 2,000 and doesn't see a gestational sac in my uterus. He said there is a potential sac outside of my uterus but to follow up with my OB this morning for clarification. I would be 5w5d today.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Is there a chance that maybe it's just too early to see?
