Anyone else not feel pregnant?

I’m almost 18 wks with my second and I just don’t feel pregnant yet. I don’t even feel like I am showing yet. I haven’t even gained much wait. I have an appt on the 30th for my 20 wk but i am an over thinker and always think about everything that could happen. Anyone else feel the same way?

I’m 10 weeks and I don’t feel pregnant at all. I had extremely sore boobs but that has gone away and I never really got morning sickness or any other symptoms. If I hadn’t found out so early that I was pregnant I would have no clue now. I saw my little peanut at 8 weeks and 5 days and baby was doing great but now I’m worried that something is wrong because I have no symptoms.

I felt like this when I was pregnant too. Until baby had been kicking me for a few weeks and I started showing more I felt like it wasn't real!

I’m 16 weeks and am going through the same thing! I was worried and then heard my baby girl at my appointment today which was very reassuring! I’ve actually been losing weight.. now I have to wait 4 whole weeks for my anatomy scan
