help with irregular bleeding

hey, so I had my mirena coil taken out last month beginning of June when I immediately came on my period I had always had regular periods even with that in for 5 years! anyway I had the period then started to try to conceive I got a faint positive when I was 2 days late then came on 2 days later and since my normal 5-6 day cycle I've had very sore pain in my ovaries and irregular bleeding sometimes light sometimes heavy but the pain is concerning me more so... I am gonna book in the docs but I'm just wondering if anyone has been thru this and been all good cuz google or making me think I'm on deaths door 😂🙈 PS my actual period is due in 2 weeks x
