Workout journey *just the beginning*
Hey ladies today I’ve officially started my workout life!! I’m very proud of my mom bod and in no way think I am fat however I want to become more fit, tone and just healthier overall. This is just the beginning!
Any tips, healthy food recipes or any recommendations at all are great and will be appreciated as I am very new to working out and having a healthy lifestyle 😩
