weight loss
y’all i really need help with weight loss, i’ve gained soooo much weight over the summer. i’m currently 5’10” and 221 pounds, which is the highest i’ve ever been. i go to school and come home and don’t do much, i don’t live in a neighborhood where i can really walk. i’m planning on making tons of changes to my diet but i really need help with it. what are some tips and snacks you have that are really good with weight loss. i’m really starting to hit rock bottom :/
