I don’t know if I have a yeast infection

I’m not itchy or irritated. But me and my boyfriend have really rough sex so it feels tingly down there. I have always had white discharge but now it seems a little thicker/creamier than usual? It also smells (God don’t ask me why I know this because I have no clue) but a little tangy? It says a yeast infection doesn’t have a smell. Idk. Is that a yeast infection?

It has been a little annoying to pee but I just chalked that up to rough sex. It kind of feels like the start of a UTI?
