Ok my husband and I are ttc after miscarriage back in May. I am 2 days late on my period and about 13 dpo. I keep getting bfn test. Is it too early to get a positive I would only be 3 weeks 6 days if I am. I have a lot of cramping in my lower stomach nausea for about a week now my chest is soo sore and tender any thoughts
