I'm concerned but I'm going to the doctor in one week

I'm not sure if it's normal. It's been happening since may but it didn't bother me. I thought he was just doing it to hard. Every time I have sex I bleed right after n have abdominal pain for about 30 minutes it's not to bad. I pee n then when I wipe there's blood n blood on my panty. The rest of the day I bleed only a little bit. But after the day is over there's no more blood. Is that normal? Should I be worry? I am going to the doctor in one week.
