Anxiety..
Hey everyone I was wondering if any of y’all has/had bad anxiety while being at the gym? I want to start working out (lifting and squatting) but I’m scared to do the workouts I feel like knowing my luck something embarrassing would happen and like people would be staring while I work out or even make fun of me. Also I wanted to know if any of y’all got on anxiety meds in general and it helped? Thank you in advance
