SMEP- Ovulation predicted for 8/29
I will be starting the SMEP (Sperm Meets Egg Plan) soon to start trying for my rainbow baby 🌈👶🏽
Starting on CD8 I will baby dance every other day until I received my positive opk. Once I get my positive opk I will baby dance that day and two days after. Take a break and baby dance one last time. I won’t start using opk’s until CD10.
This is really an awesome plan and has worked for me previously. I would suggest all of you ladies to try!
