nauseas on 1st day ugh
today is my first day of work I work in a hospital and our food is free so I see this yummy looking piece of chocolate cake it's like mouse OMG of course my pregnant self grabbed that first well I sit down to eat it and I feel like I'm gonna puke luckily I got some nausea meds in my locker so I took one but I had to throw away that whole piece 😭😭😭
