So okay, I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids last year and noticed before I was told I have uterine Fibriods, my periods were so heavy and my cramp were the worst. For those who live with Uterine Fibriods (which I hope to get removed soon) what are some remedies to help slow the flow and minimize the cramps? P.S. I'm on birth control which is kind of helping.
