Confused

So 7months ago I had my baby boy ..happiest day of my life aside from my wedding day hehe..well last month I found out I was 6-8 weeks pregnant not sure becus shocker I was on birth control (patches)

..last night when my hubby got home from work I went into the restroom Nd I was bleeding a whole lot we headed to the hospital they checked me and all there telling me I could be having a miscarriage and they also didn’t hear a heartbeat during the transvaginal ultrasound..so Im of course heart broken thinking the worst they are having me redue blood work and ultrasound on Monday .. I just don’t know what to think or expect or why is this happening I’m going crazy but I can’t breakdown because my little boy needs me
