Feels like I did 100 sit-ups
Every morning I wake up I feel like I did 100 sit-ups or something to my stomach. My muscles feel sore in my mid back and belly. Not painful or anything that seems to really make me worry. And it seems to be only after I wake up, because my muscles were relaxed. I’m assuming it’s my organs moving and trying to make room? But idk if it’s too soon for that. 8w3d. Anyone know what it is or is anyone else experiencing it also?
