Weird period with IUD

So I have a hormonal iud, and it's been about a year since I had it put in. I regularly dont use a condom, only 1 partner. My periods have been fairly regular, the length changing sometimes but being fairly ok in predicting when it starts. My last period went normal and then it ended, like wearing no pad and white underwear and nothing happened for 2 days.

But then I started getting intense cramps like through the normal parts but it also started affecting lower and around the "parts" which is unusual for me. Then I started bleeding again, bright red for a day, and now the 2nd its brown but a lot of like, tissue/mucus was in the toilet in tons of little shreds. This is SUPER unusual for me!

Am I pregnant? Was it a failed implantation? Was it a miscarriage of an early term? Or something else that I should look into? I dont have a primary care doctor and got it at planned parenthood. I'd rather not go back unless it's super serious. The iud is still in and last time I went in wondering about unusual cramping (nothing else, just concerns it had moved) they pretty much just told me to take ibuprofen.

I dont feel sick and the cramps have gone down I'm just concerned because it was super unusual and Google only brings up stuff for people who just got it inserted, and I've had mine almost a year.
