Rings?

So it's come to that point for me, I've moved my rings to my pinky finger. They were getting so tight :( I'm only 14 weeks and 1 day, did anyone else have to do it this early? I have a smaller frame but I've always been on the chunkier side so my ring size was unusually small, a size 4.5 for my engagement and wedding band.

I was wondering if anyone else had this issue! I'm thirteen weeks and I had to take mine off yesterday; my husband makes a pouty sound whenever he takes my hand if it's not there. I was going to get a placeholder ring in the meantime to pacify both of us.

Your fingers are tiny! It's not uncommon to have swelling and to have to do that if it's uncomfortable on your pinky or you feel like you might lose it just put it on a necklace chain and of your hand feels naked you could always go buy a fake ring to wear that fits your current size finger

I haven't had any swelling so far in this pregnancy, I probably won't until late 2nd-3rd trimester. But I won't make the mistake of trying to wear my rings for my entire pregnancy this time around. With My daughter I wore them up to the night befor I had my c-section and I fought for hours trying to get them off. Never again!

I bought cheap rings from Amazon In different sizes. Mine became tight when I was about 10 weeks and I didn't want to risk it getting stuck.

I had to take mine off until I was about 12 weeks. Now it fits again! Still tighter then normal

Could it be the heat? I live in Florida and it's so hot here I don't wear my rings everyday. Maybe when it cools off they'll fit better?

I had to take mine off also. I substituted with a single ring that fits a little bit better until the weather cools down. My rings are usually super loose in the winter.

Same, I've just been leaving them on my night stand! I haven't gained any weight but they just don't feel comfortable to me

My husband got me a cheapish silver simple band that is adjustable. I miss my fancy wedding ring but this one I can wear the whole pregnancy including delivery and not worry about them having to cut a ring off. My first pregnancy i wore it on a necklace and my finger was bare and it made me feel weird after so long of wearing it to go without made my hand feel naked.

I am pretty satisfied with my simple adjustable band.

I am an art teacher and a potter and my husband got me this for my birthday a few years ago. It's a necklace designed to hold your rings. It's like a puzzle. Rings slide through the opening and hang on the pendant. No need to take necklace off! I'll be wearing it everyday really soon!
