2nd sac? Vanishing twin or nothing?

Question

5w ultrasound due to high Beta levels, 2nd twin Gestational Sac? Or possibly vanishing twin? Or nothing? I had a miscarriage just two months ago with my first pregnancy so nervous this time but levels have been doing so much better... Any thoughts?

I didn't really notice it until we left the doctors. I've been wondering what that is on the right side of my ultrasound

Doctor said at this point could be 2nd sac running behind, vanishing twin or possibly fluid sac but has been seen on 2 ultrasounds so far. My levels were beyond 5000 @ 5w, I was pretty much doubling everyday instead of every 2 days.

I also had a second sac and my levels were always over the normal hcg level for my pregnancy... The doctor showed me a second sac that was smaller and mishaped... He said either a collapsed twin/vanishing twin or a blood sac..  Either way we would never really know...  The next ultrasound it was gone.

My ultrasound looked like that, she said that it was a fluid pocket. There were two fluid pockets that showed up on my ultrasound  (other than  the yolk sac). She said it could have been from the sac trying to separate from the uterine wall.
