Yes. When I’m not on my period, I’m super strict with my diet and I don’t crave anything else. I usually eat lean meats, plenty of fruits and vegetables, and drink an excess amount of water. But when I’m on my period, I definitely cheat on my diet 😩🙈 I crave salty, greasy foods constantly. I try to deny all the cravings I can, but I gotta give in sometimes.

I just remember this one time eating SO MANY almonds and dipping them in honey
I find them quite sickly not on my period :/
