How much vinegar for heartburn? 🔥

I read vinegar helps with heartbur...how much do I take and is certain kind of vinegar? thanks :)

It works!! I do it almost daily 😀 milk helps temporarily but tends to make the issue worse- milk makes your stomach think it needs to produce MORE acid bc of the counteraction. But, taking a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar tells your stomach that it has enough acid and it stops producing it. I take straight shots of it- have water near by. It tastes awful but works almost immediately and it lasts!

Yeah, vinegar is an acid.  Heartburn is caused by acid.  I would just stick with tums.

A spoonful or two of Apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. My sister has acid reflux and it works better than tums for her, though I haven't got a clue why or how.

Vinegar helps. My favorite remedy is baking soda. 1/2 tsp in a couple ounces of water works instantly. It tastes gross and makes you burp, but it works wonders!

Apple cider vinegar.  One teaspoon.  Taste like ass!!!  But works amazing!!!      I drink it with one lemon and one reason of local honey.   Look up all the benefits there too much to list!!

Nothin worked for me except Zantac. That quit last week and now I'm on protonix. It's kicking butt!

Apple cider vinegar really works... I've used it for years. One conflict I've found is that you're supposed to use unpasteurized ACV, but that is not recommended during pregnancy. Regular will probably also work.
