This will be long so confused

So just a back ground my last official period was June 4 lasted 3 days I went 16 days with out seeing AF during that time I was vomiting and sleeping all the time cramping headaches backaches sore boobs constant urination u name it so I thought for sure I was pregnant with my son I was sick bad so I went and got urine test took 6 all negative around ten days late I took a blood test negative so I said ok I ain't pregnant now what tried to get a Dr appointment he wasn't on island so I waited when I was 16 days late went to the bathroom to check my cervix blood was on my finger that was last week so I assumed AF had arrived so I grabbed a pad a day later nothing was on the pad but if I wore a tampon blood was on it not bright red but it was blood next day it was barely there and on the third day it was nothing so I was back to square one now I am gonna post pics I have been feeling bloated lately still feeling sick and now if I stand on my feet for awhile my back kills me lower back I went to bathe today and my stomach has way more stretch marks than before plus my jeans and clothes aren't fitting if I button it I get excruciating cramps then my son asked me if I am having a baby I took pics I normally carry a flat stomach so dont know what's going on I can't get an ultra sound until next mth they booked up could I be pregnant I dont know oh I have pains in my left side since last week has anyone ever heard of my situation I hope I ain't seriously ill
