Accidental pee while throwing up?

Anyone else unfortunately wetting themselves some when they're bent over a trash can throwing up?

Omg this is why I never drank a lot before. I learns my lesson!! Lol!!! Never threw up for my pregnancies, just alcohol. Lol. Happens every time. So embarrassing

I did legend regularly and still had this problem. It got so bad that I just learned to take my pants off before I got sick. I was horribly sick with my first. Sorry you have to experience it. :(

This happened to me the other day on a road trip. I was getting sick the whole way, then finally I threw up hard then I realized I'm pretty sure I just peed my pant... I started freaking out to my husband "I'm pretty sure I just peed my pants! Omg I just peed my pants!" Lmao needless to say we had to stop and I had to change clothes. The joys of pregnancy!

I do! Having a baby sometimes does that to you. I do kegels but it really only does so much.
