How do I stop?!?

My son is 9 1/2 months and at this point I have enough freezer stash to get us to at least one year. I breastfeed him when we are together and he uses the stash when we are apart. I’m ready to stop pumping, but I would like to continue feeding him directly when we are together, so I’m looking for advice on how to accomplish this. Last time I tried to make changes to my pumping schedule I ended up with clogged ducts and mastitis, which took me a month to heal completely. I need help!! I don’t know how to stop!!
