Diagnosed with HPV

I was diagnosed with HPV in December of 2017, just before the new year started.

At the time I was 22. I had gone to my gyno for having yeast infections constantly (TMI) and I decided to get a papsmear. My papsmear turned out to be abnormal but I didn’t get my results until just before the New Year.

I was devastated. Ovarian Cancer is in my family and I was terrified.

I am now 23 and still confused about HPV as I do not know much about it, and confused when I should go back to my doctor.

Advice?
