I was 16 when I was raped im now 18. I had a STI for 6 months and didnt know. im scared that having it that long has affected my chances of having a baby. all I asked is if you had a PID STD or STI (chlamydia) and had a baby after will you please share our story. your story means so much to women like me.

I was really freaked out too, when I was 18 I got PID. They don't know where from because I did not have any STD's I started having a latex allergy so I don't know if that caused it. I got pregnant with my son about 6 months later. Then when I was 22 I went for my yearly pap and I had chlamydia. The guy I had been dating confessed to cheating on me right after we got together (I broke up with him) so I was walking around with it for a year and had no idea! Needless to say I am pregnant again. So I really wouldn't worry to much about it. There is always treatments available if your tubes are blocked.
