Positive test even if you miscarry?

I just got my first positive test after my first round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. I'm so excited! I'm going to go get a blood test in the next day or 2, but you have to wait 6-8 weeks before your first appt. so question is: if I miscarry before then will my tests still say positive? I feel like I just want to keep checking before the appointment (dumb I know).
