Postpartum ?

Hey everyone its Danni..I’ve only posted just a few times..but I really thinking im going through postpartum depression or just my same ole same ole depression. Theres so much going on with my relationship, family, and also with just my personal self and I really feel like i can burst. I would love if i had some to talk to and be able to vent and them understand cause life is very hard atm😣‼️

i’m sorry you have to deal with this sometimes life does suck but it will get better I have PPD.Try contacting your doctor for an evaluation.

Hello, I go through the same bouts of depression over and over again. It seems like a cup that once it overfills I explode and then I am fine and it just happens again and again lol. I talked to my gyno and she put me on an anti-depressant and it seems to have taken a bit of the edge off. I recommend looking into some kind of counseling just to have someone to talk to face to face before you hit your low in the depressiom cycle. It has helped me a lot and I personally feel it is a great help and counts as time to myself. Also, do what you love! I recently got back into sketching and it helps get my mind to bounce back from being in a dark place.  Other than that it is one day at a time, highs and lows included but I am taking the time to slow down for my own mental health. Definitely talk to your Doctor about how you are feeling, they are there to help you! And remember this is totally a normal thing to feel, nothing is wrong with you at all and so many women feel this way. I look at it as taking control of my roller coaster of thoughts and enjoying my life more now that I found a little bit of help. Take care of yourself!
